womxn in business immersion

October 4-December 9 2025

Women Business Leaders,

So many of us were taught we aren’t enough.

We lack the skills and confidence to have a seat at the table.

Too soft. Too emotional. Too weak.

If we want to succeed, we’ve been told we need to fit in. We must compress ourselves into systems and structures that were never made for us to thrive in.

For 15+ years, I’ve coached incredible, successful, capable women business leaders who consistently share two things in common:

  1. You know what you’re doing. You have more than earned your seat at the table.

  2. You doubt your value. Your worth, your decisions, your impact.

Women CEO’s, entrepreneurs, founders, executive directors… You might question your seat at the table. Imposter syndrome might have you asking - Why me?

You are here for a reason.

Yes, you.

Impact-driven women leaders are here to make a difference in the world. It is baked into your DNA. Right now, it’s coming at a cost.

Pressure on your health and wellbeing, your time and commitments outside work, your deep care for your people and communities… all of this matters to you.

We talk about work/life balance but what we need to talk about is systems change.

Welcome to Shine, an immersion for impact-led women in business.

This immersion is for impact-driven women business leaders who want to change how we lead so we can collectively shine. It’s not about changing who you are. It’s about recognizing your greatness and leading your business and life from there, while still making a positive impact.

This is not your average training here to teach you how to give feedback or think strategically. From my experience, you know how to do that. You’re great at leading. The opportunity is you doubt that you do. Even reading this, you might be thinking, “That’s not me. I’m not great.”

This immersion is here to help you know how capable you already are to shine and lead others to shine too. Reveal your true self, recognize your strengths and how to work with them, and how to recognize and uplift the greatness of others.

“Thank you for helping me express my strengths in changing contexts and to see that I am capable. You helped me notice when I trust myself, and to name the leader in me, with my own style.”

— Paola Qualizza, Founder + Managing Director, Groundswell

Hi, I’m Urszula, your guide.

I’ve been coaching and facilitating for over 15 years in the impact space. I’ve coached hundreds of people around the globe. Worked with stellar brands, impact accelerators, First Nations, non-profits and tech startups. I’ve shared coaching advice in the New York Times and supported some of the most successful people I can’t tell you about because this work is sacred.

I’m known for powerful, simple practices, BS-free guidance, and a bold mindful approach to move you forward.

We are living in a time of burnout, injustice, and overwhelm. I’m deeply commited to changing how we lead so that we all have the opportunity to shine. As a leader you get to be a part of that systems change.

“Urszula is an exceptional coach, leader, facilitator, and person. She listens with compassion, and guides her clients with confidence and grace. I've worked with Urszula both in a facilitator and coaching capacity with my organization and one-on-one. When I began working with Urszula I didn't know the amount of growth I've experienced was even possible--I am better for it, and my career path will benefit from it for years to come. I cannot recommend Urszula enough!
